Case Management

How can MidEast PA Care and Advocacy Network help me?

Sudden medical and financial challenges can be daunting. We are here to educate the public and provide resources to help people living with HIV manage the disease and their lives.

What services does MidEast PA Care and Advocacy Network fund?

MidEast PA Care and Advocacy Network receives Ryan White Part B, Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA), and State funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Health to fund HIV care, housing, and prevention services in the counties of Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton and Schuylkill. A portion of this funding is set aside to provide HIV-positive individuals with assistance with certain needs such as prescriptions, co-pays, deductibles, rent and utilities. Eligibility for assistance is based on several factors including HIV diagnosis, residency, income, and documentation of need.

How do I get help from MidEast PA Care and Advocacy Network?

Care and housing services must be accessed through a case management agency funded by MidEast PA Care and Advocacy Network.  Contact one of the case management agencies listed below for information on services available and eligibility requirements.
